Vacuum perfume filling uses negative pressure to draw free-flowing fragrance into a rigid bottle. Once the liquid reaches the configured fill height, excess product is returned through the vacuum circuit, helping maintain a consistent visible liquid level.

A vacuum filler primarily controls the visible liquid level. Because glass bottles can have small variations in internal volume, bottles filled to the same height may contain slightly different actual volumes.
Can vacuum filling be used for plastic bottles?
It depends on container rigidity and design. Flexible bottles may deform under negative pressure, so bottle samples should be tested before vacuum filling is confirmed.
Is vacuum filling suitable for high-viscosity products?
Vacuum level filling is generally more suitable for free-flowing, low-viscosity liquids. Lotion, cream, gel and paste products normally require a different filling structure.
Can one machine fill different perfume bottle sizes?
