Description
The ZONESUN ZS-EM2 is a 300L emulsifying mixing tank designed for efficient mixing, stirring, and emulsifying of liquid and paste materials. It features an anchor impeller with wall and bottom scrapers, a high-speed top emulsifier (5.5 kW / 2880 RPM), dual discharge rotor pumps, and a stainless steel access platform for thorough blending and stable product uniformity.
The two independent rotor pumps enable fast material transfer, with discharge controlled via valves and pump switches for smooth tank emptying. Built with SUS316 stainless steel (3mm plate), the ZS-EM2 is widely used in food, cosmetics, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries for large-batch mixing and emulsification of high-viscosity materials.
