Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL20 Watercolor Paint Filling Capping Machine is designed for precise, efficient, and clean filling of watercolor paints into multi-cavity plastic boxes. Supporting up to eight colors and operating at 20–42 cycles per minute, it features a modular filling system, paint input station, and integrated pressing unit for sealing. The tray conveyor ensures stable transport through filling and sealing stages, and at the discharge point, its open-bottom design enables upward ejection of filled pots into the collection box. With ±0.05 ml dosing accuracy and a compact footprint, it’s ideal for small-scale production of kids’ paint sets and artistic supplies.
