Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180G10 is a fully automatic paste filling and capping line designed for paste and other viscous products. Operating at approximately 30–50 bottles per minute, it integrates rotary bottle unscrambling, four-head servo piston filling, automatic cap feeding, cap pressing, multi-wheel tightening, and finished bottle conveying into one continuous automated process.
The servo-controlled piston filling system supports filling ranges of 10–180ml / 30–500ml / 100–1000ml (depending on pump configuration) with ≤±1% filling accuracy and a 90L stainless steel hopper. After filling, caps are automatically sorted via vibratory bowl, pressed into position, and tightened by multiple capping wheels — reducing manual handling and improving efficiency in viscous product packaging lines.
