ZONESUN MY-380F / MY-380FW Automatic Solid Ink Roll Date Coding Machine

The ZONESUN MY-380F series combines automatic paging and solid-ink roll coding for compatible flat packaging materials. It prints dates, batch numbers, lot codes and short alphanumeric information on paper, labels, cards, thin cardboard, plastic film and aluminum foil, using interchangeable characters and a solid ink roll.

Photoelectric control, automatic temperature regulation, counting and adjustable print positioning support routine coding. Choose the MY-380F standard version for products up to the listed 190 mm width or the MY-380FW wider version for products up to 300 mm width. Print clarity, drying and adhesion depend on the material, ink roll and operating settings.

Ordering Notes

Specify the required ink-roll size, color and character size when ordering. One machine is supplied with one selected ink-roll and character type; default specifications apply if no alternative is agreed. Select the correct 110 V or 220 V option and confirm the plug. The original supply note states that unspecified orders default to 220 V with a European plug.

Applications

What is the difference between MY-380F and MY-380FW?

The standard MY-380F lists a minimum product size of 55 × 30 mm and maximum of 500 × 190 mm. The wider MY-380FW lists 50 × 30 mm minimum and 500 × 300 mm maximum. Their machine dimensions and weights also differ.

What can the machine print?

Dates, batch numbers, lot codes and short text using the selected characters. The listed character set includes numbers 0–9 and letters A–Z. Confirm the exact supplied characters and required layout before ordering.

How many lines can it print?

The original specification states a maximum of 11 lines and “15 pcs letters” based on 2 × 3.5 × 6.8 mm characters. Confirm the allowable characters per line and complete layout against your required text.

Does 300 impressions/min mean 300 finished pieces/min?

The table lists ≤300 printing impressions/min and 12.5 m/min working speed, while an earlier feature description cites up to 30 pieces/min. These references do not establish one finished-piece throughput. Confirm sustained output with the actual material, size and feeding setup.

Which ink roll and characters are included?

The listed default ink roll is φ36 × 32 mm and default character size is 2 × 3.5 × 6.8 mm (T). Other listed sizes require confirmation. One machine includes one selected type of ink roll and characters.

Can it print on bottles or act as an inkjet printer?
