The ZONESUN ZS-XG60 Semi-Automatic ROPP Bottle Capping Machine is designed for crimping roll-on pilfer-proof (ROPP) aluminum caps onto glass or rigid bottles. It is commonly used for wine, spirits, beverages, sauces, condiments and other bottled products that require a tamper-evident aluminum closure.
The machine uses a dedicated capping chuck and bottle-positioning structure to form the cap securely around the bottle neck. What Is an ROPP Capping Machine?
ROPP stands for Roll-On Pilfer-Proof. Instead of simply screwing a pre-threaded cap onto the bottle, an ROPP capping head forms the aluminum cap around the bottle-neck finish during the capping process. This creates the cap thread and tamper-evident structure used on many wine, spirits, beverage and condiment bottles.
