The ZONESUN ZS-AFC6S is an automatic lipstick and lip balm filling line designed for stable, precise, and continuous production. Operating at up to 45 pcs/min with a filling accuracy of ≥ 99.8%, it integrates servo-controlled filling, automatic tube placing, vibratory bowl feeding, cooling, and capping into one streamlined system. Its modular design ensures smooth tube handling, consistent filling, efficient cooling, and reliable cap pressing, making it ideal for medium to large-scale cosmetic manufacturers producing lipstick, lip balm, solid deodorant sticks, and similar semi-solid products.
