Description
The ZONESUN ZS-BIB210 is an automatic Bag-in-Box filling machine for 2–25 L BIB bags, available in standard and aseptic configurations. The system integrates bag conveying, filling, cap handling, bag cutting and finished-package transfer in one continuous process.
The machine reaches up to 210 bags/hour based on 10 L bags and a 3 T/h product flow rate. The aseptic configuration uses a 90–100°C steam barrier and positive-pressure chamber design, with a vacuum system for condensate removal and hygienic filling of compatible liquid food products.
