Description
The ZONESUN ZS-CT5 is an industrial air-cooling mesh belt conveyor designed for rapid cooling of hot products such as roasted nuts, fried foods, cleaned vegetables, and packaged items. It uses high-airflow fans and a perforated mesh belt to quickly remove residual heat and surface moisture while collecting condensed water in a drainage tray below.
Built entirely from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel with adjustable belt speed, the ZS-CT5 is available in 3m (6 fans, 800–1000 kg/h) and 4m (8 fans, 1000–1500 kg/h) configurations, making it ideal for seamless integration into nut roasting, frying, and food processing production lines requiring efficient post-process cooling.
