The ZONESUN ZS-JF8C is a semi-automatic eight-lane counting and filling machine for compatible candies, gummies, seeds, beads and small hardware. Vibratory channels separate products for photoelectric detection, then the machine dispenses the preset quantity through a single filling outlet into a manually positioned container.
A touchscreen provides count and vibration settings, with an adjustable range of 1–9999 pieces per container. Gummies must separate and travel through the channels individually. Sticky or clumped samples should be tested before selecting the feeding setup.
