Description
The ZONESUN ZS-SWP5 automatic dual-color screen printing machine is designed for precise two-color printing on round glass bottles and compatible containers. This automatic bottle screen printing machine integrates a flame treatment system to improve ink adhesion, a dual-color screen printing station for clear patterns and accurate color registration, and a UV curing system for a durable, scratch-resistant finish. With a printing speed of 10–12 pieces/min for round bottles, it accommodates bottle diameters of 20–100 mm, heights of 50–300 mm, and a maximum printing width of 200 mm and length of 300 mm. The automatic unloading gripper and integrated conveyor system support continuous bottle handling for industrial screen printing applications.
