Description
The ZONESUN ZS-UVB1 is a fully automatic UV bottle sterilization and air blowing machine designed to clean bottles, jars, and similar containers before filling. It combines sterile compressed air blowing with 7-lamp UV treatment to remove dust, loose particles, and microorganisms from container interiors, ensuring hygienic packaging conditions.
A rotary handling system guides containers continuously through the cleaning and sterilization process, supporting stable operation at up to 45 containers per minute with adjustable sterilization time of 30–60 seconds. Compatible with containers from Φ76–150mm diameter, 80–200mm height, the ZS-UVB1 integrates seamlessly into milk powder, food, pharmaceutical, and other hygienic packaging lines requiring container pre-filling cleaning and sterilization.
