Application
This double heads filling machine is designed for corrosive liquid, like toilet cleaner, disinfectant, pesticide, acid, etc. It can be widely used in daily chemical, medicine, pharmaceutical industries.
Attention
1. We'll test all of the filling machines before sending out. So it's normal that the pump and tube are with liquid inside when you receive it.
2. This one is fully pneumatic, which can also be used for filling alcohol.

Pneumatic Corrosive-Liquid Filler
The double-nozzle pneumatic machine is designed for corrosive liquids and does not require an electrical filling drive.

Anti-Drip Nozzles and Flow Controls
The two anti-drip nozzles support corrosive-liquid filling. Separate controls adjust filling speed and liquid suction speed.
Filling-Volume Handle and Filters
The handwheel adjusts filling volume, while check-valve filters help prevent backward flow and keep impurities out of the liquid path.
Air-Pressure Gauge
The barometer displays operating air pressure for convenient monitoring.
