For best accuracy and adjustment range, choose a cylinder size that places your normal fill volume comfortably inside the selected range rather than at the extreme limit.

Depending on the selected cylinder, nozzle and seal materials, this type of piston filler may be used for water-like liquids, oils, detergents, lotions, sauces and other products with suitable viscosity and flow characteristics.
For alcohol, solvents or other flammable/volatile liquids: the use of pneumatic actuation does not by itself make an installation explosion-proof. Site ventilation, grounding, material compatibility and applicable electrical/fire-safety requirements must be reviewed before use.

How do I choose the correct filling range?
Select the cylinder range that comfortably covers your target volume. If you fill 450 ml regularly, for example, a 50–500 ml or 100–1000 ml configuration may be evaluated depending on the product.
Can it fill thick products?
Many piston fillers can handle medium-viscosity products, but very thick, sticky or particle-containing materials may need a larger nozzle, hopper or another filling structure.
Does it include an air compressor?
No. A suitable air compressor is required and is sold separately.
