DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-AC1 is a semi-automatic pneumatic heat shrink machine designed for bottleneck capsule wrapping of wine, champagne, and glass bottles. Featuring a dual-head system, it performs pre-smoothing and final smoothing in two steps for a clean, professional finish. Powered by compressed air, it supports bottles from 0.75L to 1.5L with capsule lengths up to 150mm, and handles up to 500 bottles per hour. Compact and easy to operate, the ZS-AC1 is ideal for small to medium production lines seeking consistent shrink results and enhanced product presentation.

SHRINK TUNNEL
The machine has two shrink tunnels—one for the top of the bottle and one for the bottom—ensuring a tight and secure shrink-wrap fit.
TWO PRESSURE GAUGES
One end connects to the air compressor and the other to the pressure gauge. The air compressor must be purchased separately.
ADJUSTMENT SCREW
The adjustment screw makes it easy to change the shrink-wrap depth for proper shrinkage.
HANDLE
Makes the machine easier to operate and transport for greater convenience.
