Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS06 Automatic Vision Counting and Bagging Machine combines CCD vision counting with automatic batch discharge and bagging for small industrial parts. It is designed for screws, nuts, washers, fasteners, connectors, terminals, electronic components, buttons, seeds, steel balls, plastic parts and other discrete components that can be fed and separated consistently.
The system uses controlled feeding, an industrial camera and image-processing software to count parts without mechanical contact. After the target quantity is reached, the counted parts can be discharged to a compatible packaging unit for automatic bagging.

Vision counting depends on how clearly each part can be recognized and separated. Part shape, surface finish, contrast, overlapping tendency, feeding rhythm and target batch quantity all affect final performance.
