Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MB300L3 is a complete triple-tank mixing system designed for efficient processing of high-viscosity sauces, pastes, and emulsions. It integrates three dedicated functional tanks — pre-heating & high-shear mixing, vacuum evaporation & deaeration, and cooling & buffering — into one seamless production unit with automatic sanitary transfer between stages.
Equipped with a high-shear mixer, electric heating system, vacuum pump, and SUS 304 stainless steel construction throughout, this system delivers excellent defoaming, color retention, and extended shelf life for premium sauce, cosmetic emulsion, and pharmaceutical production lines.
