Description
The ZONESUN ZS-PRT200 is a high-efficiency plate-type pasteurizer and UHT sterilizer designed for continuous heat treatment and cooling of liquid and semi-liquid products such as fruit pulps, sauces, milk, juice, tomato paste, and cream. It utilizes advanced plate heat exchange technology for rapid heating, precise temperature holding, and instant cooling while maximizing energy efficiency.
Available in capacities from 1,000 L/H to 5,000 L/H, the system features full sanitary stainless steel construction, CIP cleaning capability, and skid-mounted integration for easy installation. It is ideal for extending shelf life while preserving flavor, color, and nutrients in food and beverage production.
