Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YTZL8A1 is a fully automatic 8-head vacuum constant-level filling machine developed for efficient filling of perfume, eyewash, and other compatible low-viscosity liquid products. It uses vacuum constant-level filling technology to achieve a uniform visible liquid level across bottles, making it particularly suitable for transparent perfume bottles where consistent filling appearance is important.
With 8 filling heads operating simultaneously, the machine processes 40–80 bottles per minute. The automatic liquid recovery system draws excess liquid back after filling, helping minimize product waste and fragrance loss. Photoelectric bottle detection, automatic conveying, and touchscreen control provide convenient fully automatic operation. Filling heads can be customized according to production requirements.
Note: Compressed air is the main power source. An air compressor must be purchased separately.
