The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X15 is a fully automatic tea packaging line designed for weighing, filling, and capping bottles with precision and efficiency. Featuring a four-lane vibratory weighing system, it ensures accurate dosage and smooth product flow. The line integrates filling, brushing, conveying, cap feeding, capping, and bottle accumulation into one continuous process, achieving a capacity of 20-24 bottles per minute. Its multi-cap compatibility supports droppers, sprays, and pump heads, making it versatile for different packaging needs.

VIBRATORY WEIGHING
Boosts throughput with four simultaneous weighing lanes. Each lane uses a 500ml bucket for accurate measurement, covering a versatile range of products and package sizes.
FILLING FUNNEL
Ensures smooth product flow into bottles with vibration, preventing clogging and enabling accurate filling. Vacuum ports allow external system connection for cleaner, efficient operation.
BRUSH SYSTEM
After filling, a pneumatic cylinder extends the brush to sweep across the bottle mouth, removing residual product or debris and ensuring a clean rim for sealing.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Connects two machines to form a continuous production line, ensuring smooth transfer of bottles and stable workflow throughout the process.
FEEDING & PRESSING
Locks bottles into gear slots for precise alignment, ensuring the cap is accurately placed onto the bottle mouth and pressed into position, preparing for capping.
CAPPING UNIT
Uses four rubber wheels to tighten caps, suitable for droppers, sprays, and pump heads, ensuring reliable high-speed capping.
