The ZONESUN ZS-WB15 is a fully automatic beer bottle washing machine designed for high-speed cleaning and recycling of glass bottles. Operating at up to 8000 bottles per hour, it integrates bottle infeed, soaking, internal and external brush washing, label removal, and final rinsing into one streamlined process. Equipped with a PLC-controlled electrical box and adjustable brush modules, it ensures hygienic cleaning, efficient operation, and compatibility with various bottle shapes and sizes. INLET & COLLECTION
Normally we'll advise to equipping a bottle inlet table before entering to bottle soaking and ending part of bottle inside part.

Cleans bottle interiors with high-pressure jets; brush quantity and time adjustable by bottle size and capacity.
