Battery-Powered Plastic Strapping
This portable tool tensions, friction-welds, and cuts PP or PET strapping. It is widely used for packaging steel, paper, lumber, tobacco, bricks, building materials, chemical fiber, cotton, and metal products.
Adjustable Tension and Speed
Use the adjustment knob to set the tensioning force and speed. Turning it clockwise increases both values, while turning it counterclockwise decreases them. The tension range is 650–3000 N and the speed range is 152–225 mm/s.
Strap Tensioning
Press the switch to tension the strap and release it after the required tension is reached. The operation can be interrupted or restarted at any time.
Friction Welding and Removal
Press the welding control to friction-weld the plastic strap and cut off the excess. Wait until cooling is complete before removing the tool, then lift the handle and pull the machine away from the strap.
