The ZONESUN ZS-AFY2 is a fully automatic double-head prefilled syringe filling and stoppering machine designed for nest-based prefilled syringe (PFS) production. It automatically completes denesting, syringe feeding, vacuum filling, vacuum stoppering, and product discharge in a single continuous process, eliminating manual handling and reducing contamination risk.
All product-contact parts are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone, fully meeting GMP requirements for sterile pharmaceutical and cosmetic production. With ±1% filling accuracy, a filling range of 0.3–10 ml, and a production speed of 1200–1500 syringes per hour, the ZS-AFY2 is the ideal solution for sterile, bubble-free filling of low to high-viscosity liquids in pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing environments.
