Description
The ZONESUN ZS-CSPM4T is an automatic corrugated tray former for erecting and gluing cardboard trays from pre-cut flat blanks. The machine automatically picks and feeds each blank, applies hot melt adhesive and presses the material into the forming mold.
Replaceable mold tooling enables the system to produce trays in different sizes. Adjustment handwheels support convenient format changeovers, helping reduce setup time when switching between compatible packaging specifications.
The machine includes material-level monitoring and production-counting functions for easier operation. It can be integrated into automated tray loading, product grouping, wrapping, case packing and palletizing systems.
