Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180SY1 is an automatic prefilled syringe filling and capping production line developed for catheter flush syringes and other plastic prefilled syringe products. It integrates syringe feeding, component assembly, siliconization, liquid filling, tip-cap feeding and capping into one continuous system.
Syringes are inverted and filled through the tip side using a ceramic pump. This filling method helps minimize residual air inside the syringe and supports consistent dosing. The machine offers a filling range of 0.3–50 mL with accuracy within ±1%.
Product-contact components are manufactured from SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone. An optional Class 100 laminar flow hood is available for production environments with higher cleanliness requirements.
