Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LK61 is an automatic plastic sheet thermoforming machine for producing plates, trays, cups and containers from roll-fed materials. It integrates sheet feeding, heating, vacuum forming, cooling, trimming and finished-product stacking into one automated process.
The plug-assist forming system helps the heated sheet extend more evenly into deeper molds, improving material distribution and forming consistency. PLC touchscreen controls allow operators to adjust heating temperature, vacuum settings and cycle time for different products.
With a maximum forming area of 560 × 610 mm, forming depth up to 200 mm and output of 200–300 molds per hour, the machine is suitable for PVC, PET, PP, PS, PE, ABS, HIPS and acrylic sheets with thicknesses from 0.2 to 1.5 mm.
