The ZONESUN ZS-QW1600D Automatic Aerosol Can Filling and Crimping Machine integrates liquid filling, valve crimping and propellant filling into one automated system, with an optional valve feeding unit for continuous aerosol can production. Operating at approximately 30–40 cans/min, it supports a customizable liquid filling range of 10–250 ml and can handle both male and female aerosol valves.
A replaceable star-wheel positioning system ensures accurate can transfer between each working station and allows the machine to accommodate different container diameters. Suitable for aerosol cans measuring 35–69 mm in diameter and 70–330 mm in height, the machine also features a dedicated liquefied propellant booster pump for stable propellant delivery.
