The ZONESUN ZS-VTGZ100 is an automatic overflow filling machine designed for low-viscosity and free-flowing liquids such as perfume, alcohol-based solutions, fragrances and similar products.
During filling, the liquid can be directed along the inner wall of the bottle instead of being discharged directly toward the bottom. This gentler filling method reduces liquid agitation and helps minimize foaming and splashing.
The overflow filling nozzles recover excess liquid after the target level is reached, helping create a consistent visible fill level across bottles while reducing dripping at the end of each filling cycle. Equipped with four filling nozzles, a PLC touchscreen, bottle detection and automatic liquid-level monitoring, the machine is suitable for continuous bottle-filling operations and can be integrated with capping, labeling and other packaging equipment.
