Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG440P is a fully automatic double-head tracking capping machine designed for continuous bottle capping at approximately 30–55 bottles per minute. It integrates automatic cap feeding, cap transfer, cap pickup, cap gripping, synchronized tracking, and tightening into one coordinated continuous process.
During operation, the two capping heads follow bottles as they move along the conveyor, allowing caps to be tightened without repeatedly stopping bottle movement. This tracking system supports smoother transfer and more efficient continuous production. The machine accommodates bottles approximately 60–190mm in diameter, with cap feeding components, capping tooling, and machine settings configured according to the customer’s bottle and cap samples.
