The ZONESUN ZS-FAL12YF is a high-speed automatic vial powder filling and crimp capping machine designed for precise, continuous filling and sealing of small-dose powders in vials. It features a 4-head servo filling system and a 12-head rotary crimping system, supporting a 0.1–3g fill range with ±3% accuracy and speeds of 150–200 bottles/min.
The machine integrates bottle sorting, filling, cap sorting, cap placing, and crimping into one continuous automated process, eliminating manual handling between steps. Built with SUS304 outer structure and SUS316L product-contact parts, it is suitable for pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and research applications including herbal powders, ginseng powders, and other fine powder products.
