DESCRIPTION
This is a high-quality horizontal band sealer equipped with a nozzle-type vacuum device designed to remove excess air from the bag or gas flush. It cannot vacuum and gas flush together. Dry ink coding comes standard on this band sealer, allowing printing lot codes or expiration dates on the seal line. The sealer is suitable for sealing all types of materials and bags, including PE, PP, aluminum foil bags, or any other thermoplastic material.

Standard and Optional Sealing Wheels
A 12 mm smoothing wheel and dry-ink date coder are supplied as standard. Mesh and stripe sealing wheels are available separately.
Rapid Heating, Cooling, and Continuous Feeding
Pure copper heating and cooling blocks support fast temperature control, while the continuous sealing unit feeds bags from right to left.
Vacuum or Gas Flushing
The nozzle system can remove excess air or introduce compatible protective gas before sealing. Vacuum and gas flushing are separate operating functions and cannot be used at the same time.
Adjustable Conveyor and Footswitch Control
The conveyor height and left-right position can be adjusted for different bags. A footswitch allows the operator to start the vacuum function when required.
Centralized Control Panel
The control panel provides direct adjustment of power, heating, cooling, vacuum, gas flushing, conveyor operation, coding, and counting settings.
