The ZONESUN ZS-FS25U is an automatic plastic ampoule forming, filling and sealing machine for single-dose liquid packaging. It combines film unwinding, preheating, vacuum forming, two-nozzle liquid filling, heat sealing and cutting in one production sequence, using compatible PVC/PE or PET/PE roll film.
With a 1–20 ml filling range and PLC touchscreen control, it supports small-volume packaging projects such as cosmetic serums and other compatible liquids.
