Description
The ZONESUN ZS-KCS6 Automatic Pneumatic Rotary Heat Sealing Machine is designed for heat sealing compatible cups, cans, coffee capsules, tea containers and similar small packages. The rotary system integrates indexing, automatic pre-cut foil lid placement, heat sealing and finished-product ejection.
Pneumatic actuation provides sealing pressure, while the mold can be changed for compatible container formats. Cup/can and foil samples should be tested because seal quality depends on container material, rim structure, lid material, temperature, pressure and dwell time.
