Description
The ZONESUN ZS-KGFX32 is a fully automatic 30 ml PP bottle washing, filling, and capping monoblock machine integrating multiple packaging stages within a compact footprint of approximately 3800 × 1380 × 1750 mm. It reduces bottle transfer between separate air-washing, filling, and capping machines by combining all processes into one continuous automated system.
The machine includes 32 air-washing heads, 16 tracking filling heads, electromagnetic cap feeding, automatic cap placement, and 12 planetary capping heads. Rated production capacity reaches 12,000 bottles/hour. Mesh-belt and screw feeding mechanisms guide bottles smoothly through the entire production process.
