Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH10 is an automatic vertical cartoning machine designed for packaging pharmaceutical glass vials. It combines carton feeding and erecting, vial counting, vertical loading, leaflet insertion, carton closing, inspection and rejection in one continuous process.
The vertical loading structure allows fragile glass vials to be placed into cartons with controlled handling. A vacuum gripping mechanism transfers the vials, while the Keyence vision system checks relevant packaging conditions before nonconforming products are automatically rejected.
Operating at 20–60 boxes per minute, the machine features SUS304 stainless steel construction and a design intended for hygienic, GMP-oriented production environments.
