Description
The ZONESUN ZS-ZJ02 is a double-stage fruit pulper for preparing pulp and puree from compatible fruits and vegetables. Its two-stage processing system separates usable pulp from retained skins, seeds and coarse residues, with separate discharge outlets for pulp and waste.
SUS304 stainless steel product-contact components support routine cleaning, while interchangeable sieve screens allow the pulp texture to be matched to the processing requirement. The ZS-ZJ02 extracts and refines pulp through screens. A spiral juice press applies mechanical pressure to separate liquid; choose according to the required pulp content and finished ingredient.
Can it process whole mangoes or stone fruits?
Whole-fruit suitability and pit handling depend on the configuration. Specify the fruit and pit size so preparation and tooling can be evaluated before selecting the machine.
Can the pulp texture be changed?
Interchangeable sieve screens allow different separation settings. Screen opening, fruit condition and preparation influence the resulting texture.
Does it increase juice yield by a fixed percentage?
No fixed yield improvement is established by the specifications. Recovery depends on the fruit, preparation, screen selection and operating conditions.
Does it produce finished juice, jam or concentrate?
