Description
The ZONESUN ZS-FS80A is an automatic aluminum tube filling and folding sealing machine for creams, ointments, gels, adhesives, and other compatible viscous products. It handles tube feeding, orientation, filling, sealing, and discharge in one continuous process at 60–80 tubes/min.
A piston filling system provides controlled volumetric dosing (5–500ml, ≬±0.5% accuracy), while a photoelectric registration-mark sensor aligns each tube before sealing. PLC touchscreen control manages all parameters with production monitoring and fault alarm functions. A “no tube, no fill” detection prevents waste during line gaps. Available in 220V or 380V.
