The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS07 Automatic CCD Vision Counting and Packaging Machine integrates material feeding, vision counting, preset-quantity discharge, bag filling, sealing and finished-package conveying in one automated system.
It is designed for compatible small, discrete products such as seeds, connectors, terminals, electronic components, plastic parts, pins, beads and other free-flowing pieces that can be separated and recognized reliably by the vision system.

Vision counting depends on how clearly each part can be separated and recognized. Shape, size, color contrast, surface reflection, overlap tendency and feeding rhythm all affect performance. For new products, sample testing is more reliable than selecting the machine only from nominal dimensions.
