Introducing our new product - a combination of a filling machine and a capping tool. The piston pump filling machine is designed with a dual-head configuration, allowing for the simultaneous filling of two spout pouches. The combination is equipped with a 2-in-1 rack that can hold up to four spout pouches at a time, and two pouches can be filled at once. After the first two pouches are filled, the operator manually moves the filling head to the other two pouches for continued filling. The rack is also accompanied by a manual capping tool for sealing the pouches. This not only helps to save space but also makes the packaging process more efficient and streamlined.

Pouch Drive and Piston Filling
The drive system provides adjustable intermittent pouch movement. Dual filling heads use piston pumps for accurate pouch filling.
Automatic Cap Placement and Capping
Caps are placed and tightened automatically, while the adjustable rack supports continuous pouch positioning during production.
Large Hopper and Footswitch Control
The 30 L stainless-steel hopper supplies material to the filling system. Footswitch control is provided; an external air compressor is required and sold separately.
