The ZONESUN ZS-SVGT4D is a fully automatic servo-driven dual-use filling machine designed for both low-viscosity liquids and high-viscosity pastes/creams such as lotions, serums, glycerin, facial oils, creams, and shampoos. It combines a peristaltic pump system (ideal for thin liquids) and a servo piston pump system (for thicker products) in one machine, with anti-drip servo diving nozzles for clean and precise filling.
Featuring a large 90L hopper with optional mixing/heating, 2 peristaltic nozzles + 4 piston nozzles, and a customizable chain conveyor, this machine offers excellent flexibility for multi-product cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical production lines at 20–70 bottles per minute.
