Description
The ZONESUN ZS-TB120M Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine is designed for applying self-adhesive labels to the top surfaces of boxes, pouches, cartons, cards, books, flat lids and other flat or nearly flat products. It combines product conveying, photoelectric detection and automatic label dispensing to provide continuous top-surface labeling for packaging lines.
The machine is equipped with a PLC touchscreen, motorized height adjustment, recipe storage and high-precision photoelectric sensing. It supports products from 25–300 mm in length and 25–280 mm in width, labels from 25–250 mm in length and 25–120 mm in width, and a listed labeling speed of 40–120 pcs/min.

How Flat Surface Labeling Works
