The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V11 is a fully automatic kaya jam filling and glass jar packaging line designed for food manufacturers requiring efficient and hygienic packaging of viscous products. The complete line combines water and air bottle rinsing, high-temperature drying, 6-head servo piston filling, steam vacuum twist-off capping, cap sealing, and automatic labeling into one continuous packaging process from empty jar preparation to finished labeled jars.
The servo piston filling system supports filling volumes from 100 to 1000ml. Product-contact components are manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel for hygienic food processing. The capping system combines steam vacuum processing with differential belt sealing for stable and secure twist-off jar closure. A star-wheel positioning system ensures consistent jar spacing and accurate label placement. Besides kaya jam, the line can also be used for other compatible viscous food products in glass jars.
