The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180X15 is a fully automatic tea packaging line designed for weighing, filling, and capping bottles with precision and efficiency. Featuring a four-lane vibratory weighing system, it ensures accurate dosage and smooth product flow. The line integrates filling, brushing, conveying, cap feeding, capping, and bottle accumulation into one continuous process, achieving a capacity of 20-24 bottles per minute. VIBRATORY WEIGHING

FILLING FUNNEL
Ensures smooth product flow into bottles with vibration, preventing clogging and enabling accurate filling. Vacuum ports allow external system connection for cleaner, efficient operation.
BRUSH SYSTEM
After filling, a pneumatic cylinder extends the brush to sweep across the bottle mouth, removing residual product or debris and ensuring a clean rim for sealing.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Connects two machines to form a continuous production line, ensuring smooth transfer of bottles and stable workflow throughout the process.
FEEDING & PRESSING
