Description
The ZONESUN ZS-LMC2 is a fully automatic vision guided laser marking machine designed for precision marking by combining CCD camera recognition with automatic laser positioning. The integrated 6.3 MP vision camera detects the workpiece and determines the target marking location before processing, reducing manual fixture positioning and making the system suitable for applications involving multiple parts, variable positions, or products requiring precise marking alignment.
The machine provides adjustable marking speeds. Multiple laser configurations are available including different laser types, power levels, lenses, and marking areas, allowing the system to be configured according to specific materials, products, and marking requirements.
