Description
The ZONESUN ZS-UVS3 Infrared Quartz Heating & Hot Air Bottle Drying Tunnel is designed for continuous drying and controlled cooling of compatible glass vials and bottles after washing. The 4.5-meter system combines infrared quartz heating, hot-air circulation, adjustable mesh-belt conveying and a vertical laminar-flow cooling section.
It can be connected between upstream bottle washing equipment and downstream filling/capping machinery. The stated temperature range and airflow configuration describe the machine hardware; any sterilization, depyrogenation, cleanroom or regulated-process claim requires validation for the customer's specific process and should not be assumed from the base machine alone.

Infrared heating and circulating hot air provide continuous thermal drying as bottles travel through the tunnel on the adjustable mesh belt.
Vertical Laminar-Flow Cooling
The listed configuration uses a Class 100 vertical laminar-flow cooling section after heating. Site installation, filtration verification and process qualification should be confirmed separately.

Suitable for compatible glass vials, oral-liquid bottles and other heat-resistant glass containers that require drying after washing and controlled cooling before downstream filling.
