Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFS20D is a fully automatic rotary hidden tea cup filling and sealing machine designed for automated packaging of tea, coffee powder, and other granular products into disposable paper cups. It integrates cup dropping, quantitative filling, film feeding, heat sealing, and rotary indexing in one compact continuous system.
The filling station dispenses 2–20g preset doses, while the sealing station heat-seals the filter membrane inside the cup to enclose the product at the bottom. With a production capacity of 1,200–1,500 cups/hour, available in Single Head and Double Head configurations (with or without dust cover), the ZS-AFS20D is ideal for hidden tea cups, coffee cups, and customized cup packaging applications.
