Automatic Bottle Feeding and Peristaltic Filling
A vibratory bowl feeds bottles into the rotary star wheel for automatic positioning. The peristaltic pump provides adjustable anti-drip filling at up to 1.5 L/min, with the liquid contacting only the pump tubing.
Cap Feeding and Pneumatic Capping
A vibratory bowl feeds caps through the guide for accurate positioning. The pneumatic capping mechanism presses each cap into place for a secure seal.
PLC Control and Servo-Driven Star Wheel
The customizable PLC touchscreen provides direct access to operating settings, while the servo-driven star wheel indexes bottles between stations. An air compressor is required and sold separately.
