The ZONESUN ZS-AGD6 is a fully automatic 360° rotary glue dispensing machine designed for precise circular glue application on round, cylindrical, and ring-shaped products. The rotary platform rotates the workpiece at a controlled speed while dispensing adhesive, creating a smooth and consistent 360° glue bead for reliable circular bonding and sealing.
The machine features X/Y/Z precision adjustment with a 50×50×50mm fine-adjustment stroke, adapting the dispensing position to different product sizes and application points. Adjustable rotary drive operates at 10–200 rpm. A 0.8L stainless steel pressure tank supplies adhesive continuously, while digital timing control allows dispensing times from 0.01 to 99.99 seconds.
