The ZONESUN ZS-EW09C is a semi-automatic mute terminal crimping machine designed for efficient wire harness processing. Its ultra-quiet frequency-conversion system activates the motor only during crimping — significantly reducing noise and energy consumption compared with traditional clutch-type machines.

With 2T crimping force, stable voltage, fast speed, and high precision, it ensures firm and consistent terminal connections. The quick-change mold system supports OTP transverse, straight/reverse, single-grain, and U-shaped dies, making it compatible with DC, AC, computer, single-grain, and continuous terminals. Compact, easy to operate, and available in manual or automatic modes, it delivers reliable performance for industrial production.
