DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-FAL180V5 is a fully integrated packaging line that automates the entire process from product cartoning to final case sealing and stacking. Equipped with dual cartoning machines, it ensures precise product loading into cartons, followed by smooth transfer to a stacking mechanism. A carton erector forms corrugated cases, which are filled by a horizontal case packer using a gentle pusher system. Completed cases are sealed with tape on both top and bottom flaps, ensuring secure packaging. Designed to reduce manual labor and boost throughput, this automated solution guarantees consistent quality and efficiency for large-scale production.
